Mrs. Marlene Warren (“the Claimant”) is the granddaughter of Solomon Thaddeus James Fox and Rose Elizabeth Sinclair Fox who owned a property in St. David’s where they resided. The claimant alleges that the Foxes’ property was taken by compulsory purchase for the purpose of the development of the United States Army Bases during World War II and purports that the sale price of the property was undervalued, resulting in unfair compensation for her grandfather.
