Carlton Adams

Former Assistant Police Commissioner Carlton Adams (retired) joined the Bermuda Police Service in 1968. Throughout his service he gained expertise in Criminal Investigations, Central Management, Major Incidents, Narcotics, and Complaints & Discipline. Further, he spent 5 years as part of the investigation team into the murder of the Governor Sir Richard Sharples and his ADC Mr. Hughsayer in 1973.

In 2020, he was appointed as Lead Investigator by the Commission of Inquiry to investigate claims submitted by the public.
